# Find and organise club links

> Open shared club resources, browse folders and maintain links as an organiser.

Open **Your rowing → Links** to find resources shared by your current club. Switch clubs in the sidebar to see another club's library. All club members can browse links; club admins and owners can add or change them.

## Find a link

Use **Search links and folders** to search titles, descriptions and URLs. Expand a folder with its disclosure control to see its contents. Search shows matching items with their parent folders, even when those folders were previously collapsed.

Select a link's title to open it in a new browser tab. Its description and URL appear in separate table columns. Your club controls the linked content; access to Blades does not automatically give you access to an external document.

## Add links and folders

As an organiser, use **Add link** or **Add folder** at the top of the page to create a top-level item. To add something inside a folder, open that folder's row actions and choose **Add link** or **Add folder**.

Give a link a title and an HTTP or HTTPS URL. Add an optional description to explain what members will find. Give folders a name that describes their contents.

## Change the library

Use an item's row actions:

| Action | Result |
| - | - |
| Edit | Change a link's title, URL or description, or rename a folder. |
| Move to folder | Choose a different parent folder, or move the item to the top level. Moving a folder includes its contents. |
| Move up or Move down | Change the order among items in the same folder. |
| Delete | Review and confirm deletion of the item. Deleting a folder also deletes everything inside it. |

A folder cannot be moved inside itself or one of its descendants. Blades also checks that a folder's contents have not changed since you opened the deletion confirmation; if they have, review the updated contents before deleting it.

<Warning>
  Deletion cannot be undone. Check the confirmation's contents and counts before deleting a folder.
